Home Inspections Plus is owned and operated by Robert Landers, a local home inspector based in Eagle River, Alaska. Robert brings a practical, hands-on approach to every inspection, with a focus on clear communication and helping clients feel confident about their homes.

Robert has 20+ years of hands-on construction experience, including 11 years as a general contractor. He is also a licensed electrician with more than three years of experience with the local IBEW 1547. Much of his contracting work has involved completing repairs identified in home inspection reports, giving him years of first-hand experience seeing inspection findings, evaluating practical repair options, and understanding what it actually takes to correct those issues. He brings that same practical, real-world perspective to every home inspection he performs.

Robert is also a family man with a daughter and a son, so he understands how important it is to feel comfortable having an inspector in your home and around your kids.
