Do you enter attics and crawlspaces?
Yes, when safely accessible, I enter attics and crawlspaces to inspect areas that can't be properly evaluated from the access opening alone.
Are you a licensed electrician also?
Yes, I'm a licensed residential electrician with more than three years of experience with IBEW Local 1547, bringing additional electrical knowledge to every inspection.
What protection plans are included with my inspection?
Qualifying inspections include added protections such as a 90-day structural and mechanical warranty, SewerGard, MoldSafe, and five-year roof leak protection. Coverage is subject to provider terms and conditions.
